When you request a photo by text at our event photo booth, we collect your mobile number and information associated with your photo request. We use this information to send the photos you request, answer questions about photo delivery, and manage your messaging preferences. Providing your number for photo delivery does not enroll you in promotional text messages.

Service providers that operate our photo-delivery and messaging services may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This service-related processing does not authorize use of your mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill photo requests, provide related support, manage consent and opt-out preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may retain limited opt-out information so that we can continue to honor your request not to receive texts.

We may need to verify your identity before handling a request, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or honor an opt-out.

Program and enrollment

Los Angeles Photo Booth Rentals sends requested photo links and provides related photo-delivery support by SMS. By reviewing the booth’s SMS disclosure, selecting “I agree,” and providing your mobile number to request your photo, you consent to these messages. Messages may include a standard photo-delivery text and individual replies to your questions.

Text messaging is optional. Consent to receive texts is not required to use the photo booth or make a purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your photo requests and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or restart messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation, followed by no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply UNSTOP to the same number to resume messages.

Delivery and privacy
